S.C. Ruffey is a character from the Thomas & Friends stories, and is a leader among the Troublesome Trucks Among other episodes, he can be seen teasing Oliver in "Toad Stands By" from the Thomas & the Special Letter video. He was originally in the TWR line from 1996 through 2001, but is returning for 2006 only before "returning to the sheds" for more rest.
This toy encourages creative play, motor skills, social and imaginative development.
